Hotline Support Administrator Job description:
Currently, we are looking for a Hotline Support Administrator, to assist in the business growth of our European service department and to support our helpdesk.
He/She will be reporting to the 1st Line Support Manager of Continental Europe.
Tasks: Administration and Coordination of Repairs ·Creation of RMA ·RMA acceptance of goods and check-up of material ·Communication with Metris customers and other Metris offices ·Quotations and administration of incoming order Replacement Material (make sure customer gets material and returns it afterwards) (order new parts in UK when necessary, parts used during service and parts required next service visit) Customer Service (phone/e-mail) ·Logging customer problems in service database Quotations: ·For spare parts ·For maintenance contracts and repairs without maintenance Mailing: ·Recalibration ·Proposal maintenance contracts Billing successful service operations Requirements: ·Higher education ·languages: English, French & German ·Excellent PC knowledge (excel, word) ·spontaneous and open communicator ·able to work independently ·enthusiastic to work in a highly technical environment A plus: ·maintenance or help desk experience We offer: ·the possibility to join an international high tech company – Company of the year in 2006 - in a market leading position ·an exciting career opportunity in a young fast growing global company ·a highly professional and dynamic work environment ·an excellent remuneration package
